LOVE is...

Happy smiling faces....BEAUTIFUL...happy smiling faces (cue the song now...). I love engagement sessions...its all the love and emotion without the craziness of the wedding day! We had a fun time strolling around the one-gas station town of Skull Valley (love my gas pumps!) AND we got to introduce the RED umbrELLA.....ella....ella...eh..eh...(we had several other options since Kristin bid on multiple ones on ebay and WON THEM ALL.... :)

Balloons!

I have an upcoming post for Ponderosa Pediatrics (I'll explain later....) I came across this image and had to post it for Adrienne...absolutely hilarious!!! (I'm really in to posting "outtakes" lately...okay now that I think about it...I always seem to throw in an outtake!) It looks like the balloons are carrying him away....

Baby Blue Eyes for Brookie...

I love me a good set of baby blue's...and this little guy has his fair share of them. I'm really impressed with how many cute ones I ended up with in the short amount of time we had (you can't even tell that craziness was surrounding him!!!)

Makin' me LAUGH!!!

Thank you!!! I settled in for a good night of editing and came across this and HAD to throw it up 'cause this is how I'm closing out my night....I have no idea what they are laughing at (I'm sure it was something HILARIOUS that I said :) and it made me actually laugh out loud which I love!!! (the power an image has to create emotion is wonderful dontcha think???) anyway...I promise a real post by Tuesday-ish :)

Love at the Beach...

So I talked my husband into going with me to LaJolla for our tax season getaway/wedding shoot for Jenny :) I quickly realized that only Matt was going to "getaway" and I was going to work my buns off!!! (good thing 'cause they could use it....) anyway...it was all worth it to get such awesome images. I'm posting tonight (and then dashing for bed) 'cause the next few days I'm in and out and I know they're dying for a sneak peek!

First Game...

Of the season...and the first time with my "new" lens (70-200mm L :) LOVED IT! and loved being called the "paparazzi"--of course when you've been taught by "wade" where else would you choose to shoot?? from short-stop, left-field and centerfield of course!!! For Katy and Brandi--go ahead and click on the link to watch the show--I think I got some good ones don't you?? :)

Baseball Baby...

Smoothies-Power Shakes

I interrupt the massive editing/proofing line to interject a grandma post. I made my killer smoothies this morning-complete with spinach, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, ice, yogurt, orange juice and pineapple juice (and anything else I can find to throw in i.e. carrots, etc...) I highly recommend these babies---and so do my babies :) I had to grab my camera 'cause at one point Mac's mustache was curled on each edge and he was making us all laugh...and then making everyone else want a mustache also!
