For the first time ever, we braved the epic streets of Mt. Vernon (early to avoid the lines :) (Kris made me do it - and I'm glad she did!) We walked down heavily treed sidewalks ripe with gorgeous fall colors, in jeans and a t-shirt (I felt like we were cheating - getting fall colors and beautiful weather)...the houses are completely decked out and there was the most wonderful people watching available - it was like eye candy (to go along with the halloween candy.)
Then we headed home for some wonderful chili 'n cornbread.....and taylor's masterpiece meatloaf mangy mitts. (they were really good...but only the adults were brave enough to try them).

Wow. Those are some great pictures. Love them. I want to get a new family picture done. IT is probably too late to get them for christmas. You are probably booked. See how self defeating i am. Ho hum. I will never get our pictures done. Sad sad.
