SICK of living a LIE!
I have a confession....I'm not a blonde.
I've been wanting to shed the blonde shell for a long long time. My sister will periodically send me pictures of nice dark hair in hopes that she can live vicariously through my "experimentation" since she's too chicken to do it herself :)
Today I did it.
My brother is auburn...does that count??? I didn't have to dye my eyebrows...does that count???
Okay..so my kids really are blonde (even though Indy would like to dye his hair now...hmmm...so if I ever decide to go back...that can be my connection :)

Seasons Greetings
A little early (actually it's 11:37pm...so technically its a little late...) but I've been working on Christmas cards and have a holiday take on everything...but I had to stop proofing to post this little girl...
See Julie...she didn't fall!
Okay...so maybe you had good reason to be nervous--Lisa would've caught her...I'm sure of it!

Old Skool....
We survived another weekend of soccer and my mom and dad zoomed up to help cheer the kids on (both of which scored goals---thanks to dip 'n dot bribes ;)
Before they came, my mother (coerced heavily-I'm sure-by my father) scanned and sent me these images. I laughed my head off.
1. I was going to say that my recent images of my children were better....except that I realize:
a. my father bought me my camera :) (thanks dad, I love you....oh but I did purchase the BIG DADDY lens on my own :)
b. my father did not have access to some wonderful photoshop tools :)
2. I was going to say that I was SOOOO WAAAAY cuter...except where does that leave MY children...whom I am the mother of???? hmmm... better quit while I'm ahead.
P.S....thanks mom again for that AWESOME hair-cut...wow...where did the inspiration come on that one? :) kinda hard to tell on the last image...which one is the boy and which one is me!

JC & Lauren.
I give up! I was trying sooo hard to make it through all my images and finish proofing the weekend in Vermont, but I stopped when I hit about 18 images to blog...I could've kept going!!!
Lauren & JC decided to do their session BEFORE the ceremony so I had an ENTIRE hour with these two (and their hilarious shenanigans) to myself. It was such a wonderful time for all the parties involved--no stress, no worries...the rain stopped right when we were ready to start shooting and held off until they said "I do". Lauren was able to walk the "burm" instead of the "aisle" and everything was absolutely perfect.
I'll start with one for Lauren...feel free to print a hundred of these, stand on a corner, pass them out to random people and say, "yeah...he's MINE." :)
I was going to post several "outtakes" but they were just too great in number!!
