Indiana and the terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad DAY!

Sometimes it's better, on days like these, to just crawl back in bed and cover our heads (with or without hair)!
Indy was able to go on the Father's and Sons campout this weekend with his dad and brother. They came home all dirty and smelling like dirty little boys and Indy was ready to get going to the "birthday party of the century". There was rock climbing, paintballing, zip line etc...So he showered and dressed. He went to comb his hair and I noticed that it took a lot longer than normal and I went to check on him and found this:

What is with my children and haircutting??? (and their cousins???)
So Indy received a nice new summer haircut:
But his troubles didn't end there. He went to the party of the century and on the last ride of the day....Indy ran into the ladder and a few other things while on the zip line (haven't really gotten the whole story yet since he doesn't talk very well right now) but his tooth ran into his lip and his right side is all bruised up and swollen...

Poor little guy...

On a brighter note :) Laina woke up to her fairytale Christmas morning....clothes...clothes and more clothes hung everywhere! We managed to work in a few little pictures after the trunk show, with somewhat obedient models :)

"Princesses wear crown to remind them that they are BEAUTIFUL because somedays it is easy to forget"

As soon as Laina draws the name...I'll let you know the winner of the free session!

Ooooh, poor handsome Indy. Doesn't seem to matter what is hairstyle is, he is a good-lookin' guy. Grammy says, hope you feel better soon, and if I was there I would buy you a get-well treat.
Love, Grammy H.

He is still a good looking kid. And he wouldnt be a boy without cutting himself up a bit and buzzing his head at least once. Makes him tougher. I love the picture of Laina in the green jacket and pants. So cute!
